Prices quoted are for the villa Not Per Person and includes all linen, bedding, towels and after stay clean. Rates also include all local and state taxes. For Daily rates, take the weekly cost and devide by 7 and multiply by the number of nights required.
Our villa is no smoking and we do not allow pets.

A deposit of £100/$150 per week is required to confirm your booking.
Final payment will be due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Prices subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
Pool Heat is chargeable at £90/$160 per week or £15/$25 per night.
Pool Heat recommended between October and April
An refundable Security Deposit of £150/$200 is due with final payment.
A cleaning fee of £60/$100 is payable for bookings of less than 5 nights
